Job Title: Accountant

Job Description:

Electroclassy S Tree Industries Pvt. Ltd., a growing name in the electrical goods industry, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant for our Vasai (Maharashtra) office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting overall financial management of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and vouchers.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.
• Support in preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Monitor expenses, prepare MIS reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage vendor and client account reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in manufacturing/trading industry).
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / accounting software.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good in maths
