ACCOUNTANT

As an Accountant, your role will involve preparing and reviewing monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and other management reports. You will be responsible for conducting bank reconciliations, handling petty cash, and ensuring accurate and timely filings of GST, TDS, and income tax. Your duties will also include coordinating with auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities, monitoring and reconciling inventory records, and working with accounting software such as Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or others as applicable. Additionally, maintaining proper documentation for purchase orders, delivery challans, credit/debit notes, and assisting in budget preparation and financial forecasting will be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance. - Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a garment or textile industry. - Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles. - Good knowledge of GST, TDS, E-invoicing, and compliance matters. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
