The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, GST compliance, inventory accounting, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting operations including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries. Prepare and review monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow , and other management reports. Manage accounts receivable & payable , ensure timely follow-up and payment cycles. Conduct bank reconciliations and handle petty cash . Ensure GST, TDS, and income tax filings are accurate and filed on time. Coordinate with auditors , tax consultants, and statutory authorities. Monitor and reconcile inventory records with stock registers and physical stock. Manage payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF/ESI etc.). Work with Tally ERP / Zoho Books / other accounting software as applicable.
