Accountant & Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and manage daily accounting operations for multiple companies.
• Perform data entry and update records in Tally ERP and other accounting software.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely reconciliation of ledgers.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
• Generate and manage employee salary slips and maintain payroll records.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns and related compliance.
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors for statutory requirements.
• Manage invoices, vouchers, receipts, and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in financial reporting.
• Support management in budgeting, expense tracking, and account management.
• Communicate with vendors for payment follow-ups, settlements, and reconciliations.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
• Good understanding of GST, payroll management, and compliance.
• Attention to detail with excellent data entry and analytical skills.
• Ability to prepare accurate reports and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate with teams.
• Knowledge of monthly MIS reporting and account reconciliation.

• Monthly account closing and reporting.
• Employee payroll processing and salary slips.
• GST filing and compliance updates.
• Financial data accuracy and timely entries.
• Coordination with CA/accounting team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
