Job Description

o Review client’s product demands, define solutions and verify its accounting/cost impacts in ERP system. o Understand and provide best possible solutions to team for their accounting queries. o Trial balance verification and uploading it into system, to prepare livestock/cost valuation statement and upload it into system. o Listen carefully, identify/understand client query/requirements and provide solution to user, help and convince client to use available and best possible solution effectively. o Understand actual requirement and prepare documentation in prescribed format to get it done. o Updating product knowledge regularly (in all areas), Coordinate/follow up with other teams in order to resolve the issue. o Provide and ensure best service & support to client in order to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, online support to implementation team o Prepare and maintain client information along with product status and satisfaction level o Define value addition goals and qualify internal tests o Understand client business and accordingly design implementation plans, Online/Onsite implementation of product o Documenting daily implementation status and visit reports, daily reporting to immediate head (and seniors as and when required)
