Accountant cum Receptionist

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at Wayanad, Kalpetta Branch, a leading Modular Interior Company. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the industry. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our projects and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing, bill payments, and collections.
• Reconcile financial statements and bank accounts to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
• Prepare and process payroll for employees in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor cash flow and budgetary allocations to support project planning and resource management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate terms to optimize cost savings and procurement efficiency.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the interior design industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address financial discrepancies and challenges.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
