📌 Job Title: Central Accountant & Office Administrator Location: Royal Palms Estate, Goregaon East, Mumbai --- 🏢 About Us Zenia Hospitality is a fast-growing design-led hospitality and serviced apartments company. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Central Accountant & Office Admin to manage accounting operations and provide administrative support for our Royal Palms Estate office. --- 🎯 Key Responsibilities Accounts & Finance Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and records. Handle daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, bank reconciliations). Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation. Support in monthly/quarterly financial reporting. Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and petty cash. Coordinate with external auditors, CA, and finance team. Office Administration Manage office operations including correspondence, filing, and documentation. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and records. Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Maintain inventory of office supplies and oversee procurement. --- ✅ Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in accounts and office administration. Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho / Excel and basic accounting principles. Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliances. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work independently.
