The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of textile products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with textile dealers, wholesalers, distributors, garment manufacturers, and fashion houses. Promote a wide range of textile products including fabrics, yarns, finished goods, or home textiles. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals. Conduct product presentations and explain technical details like fabric types, GSM, blends, weaves, etc. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients. Collect customer feedback and relay market intelligence to the internal team for continuous improvement. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain detailed records of visits, customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups. Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor products, and new developments in the textile industry. Requirements:Proven experience in textile sales or a related industry. Good understanding of textile materials (cotton, polyester, blends, etc.) and fabric finishes. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
