Accountant Cum Office Assistant

Job Title: Back Office & Accounting ExecutiveLocation: Kandivali Experience: 1–3 Years Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Graduate in Commerce or relevant field Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office & Accounting Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, accounting entries, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. The candidate should be well-versed in basic accounting, record keeping, and administrative support. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & FinanceMaintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / accounting software Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit/credit notes Maintain accounts receivable and payable records Bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance Assist in GST-related work (data preparation, coordination with CA) Maintain expense records and petty cash Support during audits and financial reviews Back Office OperationsMaintain proper filing of invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and work orders Prepare and maintain MIS reports (sales, purchase, payment follow-ups) Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for documentation Follow up on pending payments and outstanding invoices Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation Assist management with data entry and reporting tasks Required Skills & CompetenciesKnowledge of basic accounting principles Hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, MS Word Good numerical and analytical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)Knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance basics Experience in service-based or project-based companies Familiarity with invoicing and billing cycles
