Job Description

Accounting & Finance Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / accounting software Handle cash book, bank book, and ledger entries Prepare sales and purchase invoices Bank reconciliation statements (BRS) Maintain records of expenses, payments, and receipts Follow up on payments with customers and vendors Statutory & Compliance Support Assist in GST entries, returns, and basic compliance work Maintain records for audits and CA coordination Handle PF / ESIC / TDS data (if applicable) Office & Administrative Support Manage office documentation and filing (physical & digital) Prepare reports, statements, and Excel sheets as required Handle emails, phone calls, and office coordination Support management in day-to-day administrative tasks Coordination & Assistance Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal staff Assist in quotation preparation, billing, and purchase orders Maintain employee attendance and basic HR records Required Skills & Qualifications B.Com in Accounting or related field 1–3 years of experience in accounting & office assistance Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting principles Basic knowledge of GST and taxation Good communication and organizational skills
