Qualification- B.com/ Mcom Regular/ CA Inter/ ICWA Inter/ CMA

Expirence- 5+ Years (with knowledge of MIS and other MS tools)

Excellent English Communication skills

Must be able to listen and communicate in English with overseas client

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Monitor and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and alignment with organizational goals.

Month END Closing: - Analyse the P&L and Balance sheet for the month, accurate accruals, and maintain a schedule as per month-end Planning.

Payroll Process: - Pay role-related activity pay run every fortnight, on barding and maintain records.

Account Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger accounts, Bank Accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain accurate financial records.

Audit & Compliance: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.

Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of GST, PAYG, PAYGI, and adherence to tax regulations.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Financial Analysis: Conduct a thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
