Job Description

Responsible for managing and maintaining a company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. Their duties include preparing financial statements, managing taxes, conducting audits, and analyzing data.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Financial Statement Preparation:Preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
Tax Compliance:Ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including filing tax returns and managing tax audits.
Auditing:Conducting internal and external audits to verify the accuracy of financial records and identify potential risks.
Payroll Processing:Managing employee payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial audiences.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of Accounting Principles: Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
