2 WHEELER SERVICE WORKS MANAGER

oversees all aspects of a motorcycle or scooter service department, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality repairs, and excellent customer service. They manage a team of technicians, handle customer inquiries, manage inventory, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. Their responsibilities also include ensuring profitability, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and Managing Technicians:This includes hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of service technicians.
• Overseeing Service Operations:Managing the day-to-day activities of the workshop, including vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
• Ensuring Quality and Efficiency:Implementing quality control systems, monitoring repair times, and minimizing comebacks to maintain high standards.
• Customer Handling:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management:Managing parts inventory, ordering supplies, and collaborating with the parts department.
• Financial Management:Monitoring workshop expenses, managing budgets, and preparing financial reports.
• Safety and Compliance:Ensuring a safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
• Training and Development:Providing training to technicians, keeping them updated on new technologies and procedures.
• Reporting and Analysis:Generating performance reports, analyzing key metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Relationship Management:Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other departments.
