Bank Management & Reconciliation :
Handle daily bank transactions, monitor balances, and ensure accurate reconciliations.
Payables & Statutory Payments:
Manage vendor payments and ensure timely settlement of statutory dues.
Receivables & Credit Management:
Oversee collections, track outstanding invoices, and manage credit terms effectively.
Tax Compliance & GST Management:
Ensure accurate filing of GST returns and compliance with all applicable tax regulations.
Payroll Management:
Prepare, process, and disburse monthly payroll in coordination with HR.
Data Management & Zoho Administration:
Maintain accurate accounting records and support cross-functional teams through Zoho tools.
Month-End Closing & MIS Reporting:
Prepare financial statements, profit & loss analysis, and monthly reports for management review.
Stakeholder Coordination & Support:
Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders for seamless operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in Zoho Books/Zoho One preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
