Role Overview

Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally Prime / QuickBooks / Xero
• Manage bank and credit card reconciliations; resolve discrepancies
• Process accounts payable and receivable; generate aging reports
• Prepare GST and TDS workings; assist with statutory filings
• Support month-end closing activities including journal entries and provisions
• Generate basic MIS reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, and variance analysis
• Maintain documentation for all statutory and accounting records
• Assist in internal/statutory audits and prepare schedules
• Provide support to offshore delivery teams and client engagements

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of accounting experience
• B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA or equivalent
• Proficiency in

  Tally Prime

  ,

  QuickBooks Online

  , or

  Xero

• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian statutory norms
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Prior experience in BPO or outsourced accounting is a strong plus
• Basic familiarity with international accounting standards preferred

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• Shift timing may vary based on client requirements (including US hours)

Salary Structure

₹2,40,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum

The final compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, technical proficiency, and performance during the selection process.
