We are looking for a dedicated Accountant Assistant to support our finance team in managing financial records and transactions. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in the accounting field, we'd love to hear from you. Job Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation. Process and record invoices, receipts, and payments. Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accounted for. Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting. Support in the preparation of VAT, GST, and other tax-related filings. Monitor petty cash and assist in maintaining office financial records. Provide assistance during audits and financial reviews. Assist the Senior Accountant in day-to-day finance-related tasks. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year and up to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles. Basic knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. A diploma or degree in accounting/finance is preferred, but not mandatory.
