Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused CX Managers to lead our Service experience initiatives. The ideal candidates will be responsible for enhancing the customer journey, ensuring satisfaction, and driving long-term customer loyalty across all dealership touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end customer experience for service divisions.
  • Coordinate between servicenand customer support teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and initiate improvement plans.
  • Organize and implement feedback mechanisms to understand customer needs better.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
