The ideal candidates will be responsible for enhancing the customer journey, ensuring satisfaction, and driving long-term customer loyalty across all dealership touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end customer experience for both sales and service divisions. Coordinate between sales, service, and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer interactions. Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and initiate improvement plans. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers post-sales and post-service. Organize and implement feedback mechanisms to understand customer needs better. Assist in showroom activities, promotions, and customer engagement campaigns. Key Requirements: Graduate in any discipline; preference given to candidates with a background in marketing, business administration, or automotive services. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales/service operations, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
