Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our company’s financial records, ensure accuracy in all accounting tasks, and maintain compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, prepare financial reports, and support budgeting and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals accurately.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per government regulations.
Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring expenditures.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).
Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,333.42 - ₹10,000.00 per month
