Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Accountant with strong experience in handling end-to-end accounts for a manufacturing and export-oriented FMCG company. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in liaising with banks and institutions, have deep knowledge of GST compliance, and be comfortable handling e-commerce accounts. Job Responsibilities: Maintain and manage all accounting records, including journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements. Handle liaisoning with banks , auditors, and financial institutions for statutory audits, working capital, and other finance-related matters. Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns , reconciliation, and compliance as per latest norms. Manage e-commerce platform accounts – including reconciliation of sales, returns, and payment settlements on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit , etc. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review and external audit. Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flows on a regular basis. Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants on taxation, statutory filings, and MIS reports. Support export documentation and forex transactions in coordination with the export team. Implement best practices in financial control, budgeting, and cost optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory) Minimum 8 years of relevant experience , preferably in the FMCG manufacturing sector Hands-on experience with GST accounting, returns, and audits Proven track record of liaisoning with banks and auditors Experience in managing accounts of e-commerce platforms Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Karnal, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: work: 7 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
