What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the

  strategic lead

  for key accounts, ensuring every campaign ladders up to the client’s business vision
• Craft insightful communication strategies based on category trends, market data, and audience behavior
• Work with creative teams to ensure strategic fidelity across content, design, and messaging
• Lead quarterly brand planning sessions with internal and client teams
• Present strategies, reports, and narratives with conviction and clarity to senior stakeholders
• Own end-to-end planning—right from insight mining and journey mapping to post-campaign reviews and optimization
• Act as a

  thought partner

  to client CXOs and marketing leads

Who You Are:

• You’ve worked on

  integrated brand strategy

  across ATL, digital, and content marketing
• You bring an instinctive understanding of Indian consumers—Tier 1 to Tier 3, traditional to digital-native
• You can simplify the complex, translate business jargon into creative inspiration, and write briefs that creatives want to read
• Adept with tools like Google Trends, SimilarWeb, Semrush, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Excellent command over both

  Spoken and Written English

  is non-negotiable
• High EQ, collaborative spirit, and client-first mindset
