Job Description

As an Account Strategist at Regalix (MarketStar), you will play a crucial role in helping some of the world's leading technology companies achieve scale and success by providing tech-savvy marketing, customer success, and sales specialists. With over 2200 employees across 6 countries and 4 continents, we are looking for smart individuals who believe in constant learning and have an entrepreneurial growth mindset. In this role based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for onboarding new merchants on the client's platform, increasing market penetration, and developing and executing a strategic plan for your book of business. Key Responsibilities: - Listen effectively to customer calls, understand their needs, and provide short and long-term solutions aligned with their business goals. - Build rapport with customers, handle objections, and drive conversations towards productive outcomes. - Utilize data effectively, analyze customer behavior, and adapt sales pitches accordingly. - Grow revenue in strategic product areas through existing and new relationships with current accounts. - Develop and execute a strategic plan for your book of business using the client's tools and processes for segmentation and engagement. - Maintain expertise on the client's marketing solutions and translate marketing goals into actionable strategies. - Provide regular updates to the management team on pipeline, sales forecast objectives, and key results. - Proactively solve problems, take on additional initiatives, and be ready to collaborate with stakeholders. - Utilize international voice LOB experience and objection handling skills effectively. Qualifications: - 1+ years of relevant sales process experience. - UG/Graduate in any field. - Knowledge of sales on social media platforms. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or G Suite. - Flexibility with rostered day offs and working in shifts. - Working knowledge of Salesforce software is a plus.
