Job Description

This job is provided by apna.co We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to manage and support high-value customers investing in bonds and fixed-income products. You’ll be the key contact for clients—resolving queries, assisting with portfolio-related needs, and enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to bonds, Fixed deposits..
Provide investment insights, product clarification, and transaction support across the bond platform.
Build and manage a portfolio of customers ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service requests and ensure seamless onboarding.
Track and manage client interactions via CRM (e.g., Leadsquared, Google sheet, Excel).
Assist in upselling or cross-selling other relevant financial products. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream
2–5 years of experience in customer relationship roles in financial services, NBFCs, or fintech.
Strong understanding of fixed-income instruments, bond markets, and investment products.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with CRM tools and data handling.

Good To Have

SEBI RIA/NISM Certification
Experience with bond platforms or wealth management tools
Fluency in English + Hindi any regional language is an added advantage. What You’ll Gain:
