Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager - APAC (Australia Staffing)

You will be working as an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager APAC for the Australia Staffing Business at KBC Technologies in Noida. The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of experience in IT Staffing & Recruitment, with at least 3-4 years in an Account Manager role. As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and enhance client relationships in the APAC region, particularly in the Australia staffing market. Your key duties will include developing account strategies to grow business with existing clients, collaborating with recruiters for timely staffing solutions, identifying upselling opportunities through client mining, and ensuring effective communication with global clients across different time zones. You will also be expected to understand client requirements, manage a team of recruiters, and strive for high client satisfaction through proactive account management. To be eligible for this role, you should have a total of 6-10 years of experience in IT staffing & recruitment, with a minimum of 2-3 years as an independent Account Manager. Strong exposure to the APAC market, especially in the Australia staffing business, is essential. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in managing large accounts, working with global companies, strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities. Preferred skills include a strategic mindset, team management experience, understanding of recruitment cycles and market trends in the APAC-ANZ region, adaptability, quick learning capability, and problem-solving skills. You will be required to work onsite within Australia time working arrangements and align with Australian business hours and client schedules.
