Account Manager

As an experienced Account Manager specializing in debt collections, your role will involve managing client portfolios, implementing recovery strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your knowledge of credit control, negotiation, and compliance will be crucial in ensuring successful collections processes. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for designated clients or accounts, overseeing collection activities and implementing tailored strategies for maximum recovery and reduced bad debt. - Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with clients, facilitating prompt issue resolution and effective communication. - Monitor delinquent accounts, identifying high-risk cases for escalation to mitigate potential losses. - Generate regular reports on collection performance, recovery rates, and key metrics, utilizing data analytics to recognize trends and opportunities for enhancing collection efficiency. - Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and client service level agreements in all debt recovery operations. - Collaborate with internal teams including legal, operations, and finance to optimize collection processes and drive client satisfaction and recovery outcomes.
