V J Creations is a fast-growing printing press offering high-quality printing solutions to a wide range of clients. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we’re looking for a dedicated Accounts Manager to join our team and oversee financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payments
• Prepare and maintain financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, etc.)
• Handle accounts receivable and payable
• Monitor and manage company cash flow
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Coordinate with external auditors and handle audits
• Payroll processing and employee reimbursements
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls
• Work closely with management on budgeting and forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or financial management
• Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the printing or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Familiarity with inventory and job costing
