OFFSET PRINTER

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Offset Printing Machine Operator to manage and operate our offset printing machines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of printing processes, machine maintenance, and quality control to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage offset printing machines (e.g., Heidelberg, Komori, Ryobi, etc.)
• Set up the press for each job including ink mixing, plate mounting, and machine calibration
• Monitor the printing process to ensure color accuracy, registration, and quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or printing issues during runs
• Maintain and clean the machine regularly to ensure optimal performance
• Coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines and job specifications
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and printed products
• Train junior staff or assistants as needed
• Adhere to safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum [2–5] years of experience operating offset printing machines
• Strong technical knowledge of offset printing processes and equipment
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle heavy materials
• Problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
• Experience with color matching and print quality inspection is a plus

Preferred Experience With:

• Multicolor offset printing
• Maintenance and basic repair of printing machinery
