Job Summary Offset Printing machine operator shall have good eye for quality and enough experience to produce high quality print. Shall be versatile in operating Sheetfed Offset Press of Komori and Other brands with 3 to 8 years of experience in 4 or 6 color with or without coater machine. Responsibilities and Duties Required to operate modern Sheet fed Offset Printing machines from Komori and Mitsubishi Prepare materials, substrates, and inks according to job requirements. Calibrate printer settings such as color profiles, resolution, and curing levels. Monitor the print process to ensure consistent quality and minimize waste. Inspect final products for color accuracy, registration, and overall finish. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printers. Troubleshoot and resolve machine errors, ink flow issues, or curing problems. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and production deadlines. Maintain records of daily output, ink usage, and machine maintenance. Collaborate with the design/pre-press team to review and prepare print files. Follow safety procedures and ensure proper handling of inks and chemicals. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications 3 to 8 years of experience as a machine operator in a printing unit with multiple 4 color or 6 color machine is a must. exposure to UV, acqeous Coating is preferred.
