Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Noida. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned clients, meeting assigned targets, and managing the day-to-day account activities. The role includes working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify new opportunities for growth. The Account Manager will also be expected to coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage client relationships and expectations
Experience with account management and business development
Understanding of market trends and industry standards
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
