Accounts Manager

Job Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan | Job Type: Full-time

Profile Brief:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accounts Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial management, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to oversee all day-to-day financial operations. This role will also be instrumental in managing audits, statutory compliances, budgeting, and team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily accounting operations including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and closing processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounts executives and junior accountants (3-5 persons).
• Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
• Supervise vendor payments, receivables, and payables to ensure timely processing.
• Monitor cash flow, banking activities, and working capital requirements.
• Review and approve journal entries, invoices, and financial documentation.
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and government bodies during audits and assessments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure internal controls, accounting accuracy, and adherence to financial policies.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and financial regulations, and guide the team accordingly.

Requirements:

• CA Inter or Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Expertise in Tally Prime and strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, etc.) and statutory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team and multiple priorities effectively.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
