Account Manager - Staffing Client

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced - Account Manager - Staffing Clients join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and expanding ICON’s footprint within the US market. This role requires a proactive sales professional with a deep understanding of the staffing industry, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Development: Reach out to potential clients needing staffing solutions across various industries in the US.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, upsell services, and contribute to revenue growth targets.
• Market Research: Utilize research tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.ai, and CRM systems to identify prospects and gather market intelligence.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in staffing and recruitment sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing market and industry trends.
• Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and research platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo.ai, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client outreach and business development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
