Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Bilaspur. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring timely billing of products, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues. Other tasks may include building and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing sales processes, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Account Manager will also analyze account performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Management, Client Relations, and Client Retention
  • Skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
