Account Manager

As an Account Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers across the market in India. Your role will involve building trusted relationships with key contacts and stakeholders, driving product adoption, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing strategic account plans to support retention and expansion. You will collaborate with Sales teams to execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities and provide business reviews tailored to each client. Your ability to maintain accurate customer records and forecasts using Salesforce and other internal tools will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of existing Sensor Tower customers in India. - Build trusted relationships with key contacts and stakeholders. - Drive product adoption and identify risks and opportunities. - Develop strategic account plans for retention and expansion. - Collaborate with Sales teams for upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - Provide business reviews and industry insights to clients. - Maintain accurate customer records using Salesforce and other tools. - Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer needs and industry trends. Qualifications Required: - Must currently live in Bangalore, India. - Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or customer success in mobile applications and SaaS. - Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of business customers. - Experience in the mobile ecosystem or analytics platforms is desirable. - Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Clari, and customer success platforms. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. - Track record of contributing to customer satisfaction and account growth.
