Job Description

Job Summary

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong sales acumen and the ability to understand and promote technical products or services.

Responsibilities

  • Listing on Amazon,Flipkart,Messho,Snapdeal and Jiomart
  • Handling Ecommerce Team
  • Manage and nurture client accounts to maintain strong relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Communicate product knowledge and benefits to clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Strong ability to analyze market data and trends
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of technical sales or technology products is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
  • Quarterly bonus
