Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager (SaaS & Edtech) located in Gurugram. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing sales activities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales forecasts, negotiating contracts, and providing regular reports to management.
