Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager (SaaS & Edtech) located in Gurugram. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks will include conducting client meetings, providing solutions to client inquiries, working closely with internal teams to meet client requirements, and driving the growth and retention of accounts.

• Knowledge of SaaS and Edtech industry trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
