Job Description

Position Overview-

Account Manager (Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery, Also flexible to travel for client meetings.
Partner with clients to understand their recruitment needs, workforce planning, and role specifications.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from requirement gathering to successful closure of positions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to source, screen, and present qualified candidates.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, client satisfaction, closure rates) and provide regular updates to clients.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding in coordination with clients.
Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in recruitment/
account management
(preferably in staffing or consulting firms).
Strong track record of closing positions across diverse industries and functions.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and MS Office.
