Position:

Develop and implement annual & quarterly hiring strategies aligned with business growth (India + International).
Drive workforce planning with leadership and department heads.
Build strong talent pipelines and conduct market mapping for critical roles.

End-to-End Hiring Leadership

Manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate, retail, supply chain, creative, and D2C teams.
Standardize interview processes, evaluation frameworks, and selection criteria.
Lead and mentor the internal recruitment team with clear KPIs.

Talent Management

Support succession planning, competency mapping, and internal mobility programs.
Identify skill gaps and collaborate on capability-building initiatives.

Process Optimization

Improve hiring efficiency through ATS (Greythr) management, dashboards, and analytics.
Strengthen sourcing channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, campuses).
Manage hiring budgets and vendor/consultant relationships.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner closely with Founders and Function Heads for strategic workforce planning.
Present hiring reports and insights to leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Candidature

Strong understanding of retail/fashion/D2C hiring environments.
Expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, and employer branding.
Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership.
Data-driven approach with proficiency in recruitment analytics.
