Account Manager

Job Description for Accounts Manager:

• Proper Tally (Payments, receipts, sales, purchases, Journals, etc)
• Tally / ERP / TMS Software Knowledge
• Minimum 5 Years for Experience in Accounts / Billing
• Preference - Logistics & Cargo Accounts, Billing Handling
• Salary - Best in Industries
• Raising E-invoices, E-credit Notes & E-way bills in Tally.
• Preparing and maintaining financial statements and reports. (P&L, Monthly & Daily commitments).
• Efficient handling of bulk payments, payroll, and vendor disbursements via electronic and physical means (NACH, IMPS, CMS)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and submit Data for payment of TDS, GSTR1, GSTR3B returns to Compliance Team before due dates.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Apprehend the closing Journals (like Accruals, Prepayment, Provisions, Payroll) and ensuring the appropriateness of the backups provided.
• Any other assignments given from time to time by the Management.
