Location: India — On-site

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns: scope briefs, plan timelines, onboard creators, and manage execution to deliver against client KPIs.
• Source and manage creator relationships—identify talent fits, negotiate deliverables and fees, and ensure timely content delivery and rights clearance.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with creative, media buying, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment on assets, approvals, and payments.
• Track campaign performance using bespoke dashboards and analytics; synthesize insights and recommend optimization actions to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Prepare and present client-facing reports, post-campaign analyses, and actionable recommendations to demonstrate impact and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation—SOWs, contracts, influencer briefs, usage rights, and payment records—to mitigate risk and streamline operations.
