Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing visually compelling designs that elevate brand identity and support marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the content and social media teams to create eye-catching designs for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, ads, reels, website banners, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Design brand identities including logos, typography, and color palettes.
• Develop creative concepts and design strategies for campaigns.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and video editing teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Adapt and repurpose designs for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Website).
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, styles, and industry standards.
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Edit and enhance photos or illustrations when required.
• Provide innovative design ideas to elevate the overall creative quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and translate brand requirements into impactful designs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics or basic video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• UI/UX basics and website layout design experience.
• Illustration or digital art skills.
• Knowledge of AI design tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,685.65 - ₹30,000.00 per month
