Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager with strong analytical and client management skills. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams - ensuring projects run smoothly, client expectations are met, and opportunities for growth are identified. You’ll be responsible for staying on top of follow-ups (FU) with your assigned accounts, maintaining consistent communication, and supporting clients with insights and analysis to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Stay on top of follow-ups (FU) for all current accounts — ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.
  • Schedule and conduct daily client interviews maintaining strong candidate pipeline
  • Track, analyze, and report on account performance, key metrics, and project progress.
  • Collaborate with internal Tech Recruiters to ensure client objectives are met on time.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of communications, deliverables, and feedback.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing trends and providing actionable insights.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Business Analysis (preferably in IT / tech services).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Freshworks) and MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
