Job Description

Exp Range : 3 to 5 years.
Work mode : Work from Office.Location : Hyderabad, Telangana. Looking for Immediate Joiners.

Bond : 18 Months.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience of over 3 - 5 years in managing client accounts in the SaaS, IT services, or B2B space.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing concerns, solving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with client stakeholders to drive renewals, retention, and account growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, including contract details, communications, and performance metrics.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, support, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and collaborate with the sales team for conversion.
  • Conduct regular meetings, account reviews, and strategy sessions with clients to assess success and define next steps.
  • Create and present performance reports, campaign outcomes, and service delivery updates to both clients and internal leadership.
  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Track account health metrics and take proactive steps to prevent churn or dissatisfaction.
  • Strategize and support campaigns, product promotions, or communication plans that align with client goals.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to deliver client-specific messaging or materials.
  • Provide client insights and feedback to internal stakeholders for continuous product and process improvements.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all external client communications and presentations.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, events, and industry engagements as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in account management, client success, or customer-facing B2B roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and account management tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot.
  • Hands-on experience with sales/outreach tools like Instantly, Smart Lead, Debounce, and Apollo
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated success in meeting key performance metrics (e.g., client retention, satisfaction, revenue growth)
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams
  • Skilled in preparing presentations, reports, and data-driven client summaries
  • Proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization for reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data relevant to the role and derive actionable insights for decision making.
