Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their travel requirements, preferences, and budgets. Recommend and customize suitable holiday packages and itineraries. Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups. Provide accurate destination and package information to clients. Requirements: Prior experience in customer service, client handling, or sales (travel industry experience preferred). Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills. Passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM tools, MS Office, etc.).
