Job Summary:

Account Manager (Events)


Key Responsibilities:


Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all communication and expectations.
  • Understand client goals, brand guidelines, and event objectives to provide strategic input and creative solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent service excellence.
  • Prepare and present event proposals, budgets, and post-event reports.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end event management process — from ideation and proposal to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (creative, production, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure event requirements are met.
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure adherence to client agreements and company standards.
  • Manage event vendors, suppliers, and partners, negotiating terms and ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Supervise event setup, rehearsals, and breakdowns, ensuring all elements align with the client’s vision and brand.

Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage event budgets, cost estimates, and invoices.
  • Track project profitability and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative and production teams to develop innovative concepts and event experiences.
  • Mentor junior team members and coordinate workloads within the account servicing team.
  • Support new business pitches and contribute to proposal development when required.
