• Developing event budgets, negotiating with vendors, and tracking expenses to ensure profitability.
• Overseeing event marketing activities and performance to drive engagement and attendance.
• Preparing post-event reports, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights to clients.
• Managing multiple event accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Collaborating with internal teams to pitch new event ideas and grow client accounts.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and company policies during event execution.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic recommendations to maximize event impact.
