Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow our IT Infra, Compute, Server Storage, Networking, Security Hardware solutions. With OEMs like Fortinet, Cisco, and Sophos, for Enterprise sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, and strategic account management. This role is critical to driving business growth and ensuring alignment between our organization and OEMs like Dell, HP, and Cisco.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan in collaboration with OEM partners to maximize enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Act as the primary liaison for IT infrastructure and private cloud engagements between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Establish and nurture executive-level partnerships within OEM and alliance ecosystems.
  • Identify and pursue joint business opportunities, implementing cohesive co-sell strategies with internal alignment.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, delivering detailed reporting on key metrics, pipeline progress, and forecasts.
  • Work cross-departmentally to integrate marketing, product, and service initiatives with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to OEM partnership protocols, operational requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events and participate in activities to strengthen strategic alignments.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field; an MBA will be considered advantageous.
  • Minimum of six years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or partner/channel sales in IT or networking settings.
  • Thorough comprehension of IT high-performance computing (HPC), server storage solutions, and OEM dynamics.
  • Demonstrable ability to cultivate complex industry relationships with proven success in execution.
  • Exemplary skills in communication, negotiation, and strategic presentations.
  • Capacity to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with cloud service providers, OEMs, and significant system integrators in Bangalore.
  • Proficient knowledge of server, storage networks, cloud services, and infrastructure technologies.
  • Willingness and ability to travel between Hyderabad and Bangalore as required by business needs.
