Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage end-to-end communication.
• Develop a deep understanding of client objectives and create actionable digital marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams including performance, creative, design, and content to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare periodic performance reports with strategic insights.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services within existing accounts.
• Maintain client satisfaction through proactive updates, transparency, and consistent results.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and performance goals.
• Contribute to process improvements and client servicing strategies within the agency.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in account management within a digital marketing or advertising agency (agency experience is mandatory).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, coordination, and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
• Proficiency in reporting tools, analytics dashboards, and project management software.
