Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, ensuring service satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within existing and New accounts. The role involves creating and maintaining account strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, managing client portfolios, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. The candidate will play a critical role in achieving business growth in traditional records service and Digital Services and ensuring high customer retention rates.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
Proven expertise in account management and customer service
Ability to identify and develop business opportunities within client accounts
Proficiency in documentation, planning, and data analysis
Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and multitasking capabilities
Proficiency in tools and software used for account management and reporting
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Previous experience in the information management or related industry is a plus
