Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in New Delhi. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, manage relationships, and act as the main point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining account growth, preparing reports, presenting data, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Account Management skills, including managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong skills in Reporting, Analytics, and Data Presentation
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Problem-Solving and Negotiation expertise
• Organizational and Time Management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Industry-specific experience in mining and metals is beneficial
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
